After the 24-hour cancellation window, your order may have already entered production or fulfillment, and cancellation may no longer be available.

If Obsidian Halloween cancels your order because of a product availability issue, processing error, or other issue on our end, you will receive a refund for the canceled items.

SECTION 6. PRICING AND BILLING

All prices displayed on our website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, changes to product pricing will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

Obsidian Halloween currently ships within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Our products are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partners. Some items are made to order and require additional production time before shipment.

Estimated production and delivery times are as follows:

Your total delivery time includes both production and shipping.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping times may vary due to product availability, seasonal demand, severe weather, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Some orders may arrive in separate packages when items are produced at different facilities.

Customers will receive tracking information when their orders ship.

If your package is missing, damaged during delivery, or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@obsidianhalloween.com.

We will work with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to investigate delivery issues and determine the appropriate resolution under our store policies and applicable law.

SECTION 8. HALLOWEEN DELIVERY DEADLINES

Halloween is our busiest season, and we encourage customers to place their orders early.

For Halloween 2026, we recommend placing orders using standard shipping by October 10, 2026, to give them the best chance of arriving before October 31.

This is a recommended order date and does not guarantee delivery before Halloween.

Orders placed after the recommended date will still be processed and shipped but may arrive after October 31.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific holiday or event date unless an express delivery guarantee is provided for the order.

Please review estimated delivery times before completing your purchase.

SECTION 9. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
