Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns on any items, including sale items and gift cards.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order has already been processed and cannot be cancelled.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows no delivery activity 30 days after shipping (45 days for international orders), contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but it has not arrived, please check with neighbors, your building office and around your property, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can open a claim with the carrier. Claims submitted after this window may not be recoverable.

If a package is returned to us because the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete, we will reship it once the reshipping cost is paid. If the error was ours, we cover it.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or where required by law. If a refund is approved, you will be notified and refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times vary by bank or credit card company.
