Processing time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. During peak Halloween season (September–October), please allow up to 7 business days.

Halloween delivery cutoff
Halloween falls on Saturday, October 31 this year. To receive your order in time, we recommend ordering by:

Orders placed after these dates will still be processed and shipped, but we can't guarantee delivery before October 31. September and October are our busiest months, and both processing and carrier times run longer than usual. Order earlier than you think you need to.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after shipment.
