Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse the store, select your item and size, and click Add to Cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and complete your purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order has likely already been sent to our fulfillment partner and we can't guarantee changes. Contact us immediately through our Contact page if you need to make a change.
I ordered multiple items — will they arrive together?
Not always. Items may ship from different suppliers and arrive in separate packages. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the United States only.
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days total (processing plus delivery). During September and October, please allow a little extra time due to high demand.
My tracking isn't updating — what do I do?
Give it 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number. Carrier scans can lag. If it still hasn't moved after 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Please review our full Refund Policy for details. Because items ship directly from our suppliers, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
We'll make it right. Email us through the Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If there's a sizing issue due to a product defect or mislabeling, contact us and we'll work something out.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. Your payment information is never stored on our end.
